These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at grandstonelb.com operated by GrandStone Luxury Builders LLC (“GrandStone Luxury Builders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and your participation in our text-message (SMS), phone-call, and AI-assisted communications programs. The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Quotes, estimates, and project details are confirmed in a separate written agreement; submitting a form does not by itself create a contract for services. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information when contacting us, and not to interfere with the website or attempt to access it without authorization. The following terms apply to the GrandStone Luxury Builders SMS Program and to phone calls and AI-assisted communications from GrandStone Luxury Builders LLC. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our forms (or otherwise give written consent), you agree to receive text messages from GrandStone Luxury Builders LLC about premium roof rejuvenation and luxury home construction services. Message types may include appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes and estimates, service updates and follow-ups, customer-care replies, and, only where you have consented, occasional promotional offers. This is a low-volume, mixed informational and promotional program, and we message only individuals who have given explicit prior consent.
You opt in by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box on our website contact form at grandstonelb.com/contact and submitting your mobile number, by signing a written consent form, or by texting us an opt-in keyword. The consent box is never pre-checked; you must check it yourself. Consent to receive text messages or calls is not a condition of any purchase or service. Some calls, text messages, emails, or chats may be handled in whole or in part by an AI assistant acting on our behalf. We identify AI assistants as such, you may request a person at any time, and AI assistants do not make final decisions about pricing, contracts, or warranties. AI-generated content can contain errors; please confirm important details with our team. Conversations may be recorded, transcribed, or summarized as described in our Privacy Policy.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
